Little known facts about myself....

1. I am currently retired, living on the coastal side of NC.
   
2. My sister, Linda, got me hooked on Decorative Painting 35 years ago.
   
3. I have always enjoyed crafting & sewing.
   
4. I graduated college with a teaching degree in Home Economics/Family Life.
   
5. I have been teaching Decorative Painting for over 30 years and have taught over 400 classes, most taking place in my home studio in NJ before moving to NC.
   
6. I have been to 15 Decorative Painting conventions.
   
7. I paint every day.
   
8. If I am not painting, I am usually reading.
   
9. I am currently serving as 2nd VP for my local chapter and am in charge of Programs.
   
10. I have been married to my husband Richard for 38 years and we have 2 adult children. Melissa lives in Maryland and Scott lives in Oregon.
